**Required Information for Sessions with B.Kaptured**

**Forms**  

All sessions with B.Kaptured require a signed and dated social media consent form. This form grants B.Kaptured permission to post your images publicly. Additionally, it confirms that B.Kaptured retains ownership of the images and specifies that none of the provided images may be resold, advertised, or re-edited.

**Contracts and Waivers**  

Every participant is required to sign a waiver acknowledging that they have read and understood all components of the contract.

**Retainers**  

To secure your desired date, time, and location for your session, a retainer is required at the time of booking. The amount of the retainer varies depending on the specific package selected. If you are interested in a particular package, please reach out through the contact page for more details.

**Booking**  

Once the retainer has been paid, the full payment for the session must be completed 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot, using the agreed-upon payment method. B.Kaptured will not proceed with the session until full payment is received.

**Payment Plans**  

B.Kaptured offers flexible payment plans for a variety of packages and sessions, including Weddings, Boudoir, Senior 4/30 packages, and any livestock media. If you need more information on payment plans, don’t hesitate to inquire.
